With Transfer service/OS agreement, your payments will be automatically drawn from your bank account. An OS agreement is a clearing solution that is owned by MasterCard Payment Services (formerly known as Nets).
The OS agreement is a connection between your bank account and November First, where November First is the data provider.
This means that an existing OS agreement with for example your company's salary payments, cannot be used for the payments you want to make through November First. There has to be a specific agreement with Transfer service/OS and your bank, with November First as data provider.
OS agreements can be used for DKK accounts in Denmark, Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
When becoming a November First user, you will be given several opportunities to have an OS agreement sent automatically.
