Occasionally the continue button does not work as intended and you will be stuck on the page without proceeding to the next step.
There could be several reasons as to why it won't work, such as old cookies or network problems.
To resolve this, try to reload the page without using cookies.
Press: CTRL+SHIFT+R.
After pressing the above, the page will reload and should now work.
(However, the page will have been reloaded and the information you have entered will not have been saved, you will then have to re-enter them again)
If this does not fix the issue, you might have to close down your browser tab, and then login to the website again.
You can also check that you have a working network connection.
