When is my Transfer service/OS agreement application completed?

When you send your application for Transfer service, there are a couple of steps that your application must go through.

1. You will receive an e-mail from mastercard with a link to a page where you can sign the application digitally (the person signing must have the power to bind).     
2. The bank must then approve the application and forward it to Mastercard.
3. Mastercard must then sign the application and send you a confirmation.

During the entire process, you will be informed about how far your application has come.

November First cannot see this correspondence as it only goes through the applicant and Mastercard.

  
If you have not heard from Mastercard transfer service over a longer period (approx. 2 weeks), it is recommended to contact Mastercard.
