How do I change my bank file format?

Having trouble uploading your bank files?
This might be caused by a wrong type of bank file.


Log in to your November First account. 
From there, click on the Settings menu button. Then click the Bank details menu.

From here you need to click on the bank account in question. You will then see the account details. At the bottom of those you can choose file format. 

After choosing file format, press Save
