Error message '1 Error: A danish account number consists of either 11 or 14 digits."

This error message can occur when making payments through the November First's integration in e-conomic or in Smart Pay.

When making payments through the November First integration or Smart Pay, this message might occur by the status icon of the payment shown in Open posts.

 

 

To be able to make the payment, you will have to check the account number stated on the supplier invoice. 
You can do that by following these steps: 

Click on Accounting in the menu at the top of the page and find Payments in the menu to the left.
