This article explains how you can view which payments are included in a consolidated withdrawal from your bank account.
When you have multiple payments scheduled for the same day, all payments will be grouped (or “batched”) into a single total amount, which is withdrawn from your company’s account via Overførselsservice.
November First has chosen to batch payments together in order to minimize the cost per executed payment.
In the Payment Overview, you can see which payments are included in the consolidated withdrawal via Overførselsservice.
Go to the Payment Overview and click on the OS Payments tab. Use the date filter to find the date the amount was withdrawn from the account.
Under Total amount incl. fees, you can identify the amount you want to see a breakdown of.
