Forgot your password? You can easily reset it using your customer number and email address. Follow the steps to receive a verification code and set a new password.
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it. All you need are the following two pieces of information:

Your November First customer number

Your email address
If you don’t remember your customer number, you can find it in previous emails from November First in your inbox.

Step-by-step guide

Enter your customer number

Enter the email address associated with your account
A verification email will then be sent containing a code you’ll need to proceed.
Enter the verification code and click Next
(The verification code is valid for 24 hours.)
Set your new password
Enter your new password and click Confirm password.
Your new password has now been accepted and saved.
