When you wish to create an account on behalf of the company and you are not company director or owner. You will still have the opportunity to sign up.
You will have to complete the normal process of creating an account. There are a few steps that will change the way you go about it, but it is only a trivial matter.
From the homepage, click the "Create User" button in the top right corner and start following it as normal.
You will shortly encounter a page where a passport is required.
In this case, you will have an option to invite another person to send a copy of their passport.
When you use this option, the recipient will receive an email with what must be done.
In the end of the signup, you will again be met with a page that requires information from the owner/leadership.
in this step the provisions regulating the power to bind from the company is required, just like before you will be asked to enter an email for those who needs to sign.
If you are uncertain on who is capable of doing so, you can either ask in your firm, or check up on your company on Virk.dk and use your CVR number to find you company. You can find who is able under the menu called "Power to bind, key individuals and auditor".
If you were to create an account while using one of our partnersystems (e-conomic, Likvido, uniconta etc.) in this manner, it is still doable, the only thing you have to consider is remembering this guide and follow the "How to create an account".
